There are no final decisions

No decision is cast in stone.Instead, consider each as being written in the sand at the beach, and plan for change

As IT professionals we make decisions on what framework use or what programming language to use; however we must be aware of the above mentioned pragmatic programmer principle that these decisions are subjected to change. Our project may take a different direction which requires us to select a different framework or a different programming language.

The decision may be signed off and approved; however anything may happen which require you to revisit that decision.
